Building the foundation of good safety practices

Kaizen, in Japanese, means 'continuous improvement' or 'incremental steps to improvement'. A fundamental aspect of a successful organisation is a Kaizen approach to Safety Management, that is, an organisation must strive to continually improve its safety culture across all aspects of its business to build the foundation of good safety practices.
